Dont no weather this is true.Ive just heard that u now need a lience to broadcast on the web.if u dont get 1 offcom can now track webstream and if so has any1 ever got done for this. Respect

If it aint its only gona b a matter of time b4 it is. They know they are missing out on loads of revenue, so do PRS, MCPS etc....

I know the RSL i worked on had to pay £600 per quater year, ontop of the PPL for broadcasting on the net. That was in 2004

My advice is: unless you are insanely loaded you can't do it legally any more.
