Kool FM and Flames FM

I doubt any of you were tuned in to Kool FM with Funky Flirt and Dugs ?

Well Kool have had problems with Flames FM over the last few weeks chopping up their signal. Well this morning people were texting into the Kool FM studio the location of Flames FM TX site and other info on Flames FM.

How does a ordinary radio listen know all that information on a rival station.?

you'll probably find they aint "ordinary radio listeners"... Kool FM will b well connected

Just very "random" that they were getting a lot of texts on the matter. Even coming close to naming their block and how the rig was hiden!

Even a location on Flames FM Mid point.

Both stations have loud audio, Flames peaks at +4dB above the standard max FM deviation, Kool is +4dB aswell, which is right on the clipping threshold of my receiver. No surprising they splatter each other. With correct levels and peak limiting it might not be as much of an issue.
