well thats a poor quality and very young bonsai - much like mine which i payed a tenner for each (i have four)

proper bonsai start at 500 and go up to over 50,000

no ur point was that matey's english wasnt too GCSE standard so that he was an idiot so he would have a shite job so wouldnt be able to afford a bonsai

my point was that bonsai can be extremely expensive so that his point wasnt invalid.

your negativity is fairly unpleasant and unwelcome please leave it out of my bonsai thread....

why 3 years? how hard can it be?

I got a faux bonsai type tree from ikea a few years back and its still going strong :)

quite simply - if u water them too much or too often - they die, if u water them too little or infreqently - they die.

the best way of knowing whether they need watering or not is by the weight of the pot and the colour of the soil on the top and the condition of the leaves, so it takes quite a while to learn when is the best time to water. indoor bonsai are reasonably tolerant of bad watering, but proper outdoor bonsai dont take any shit at all

easy mr chimp. i must admit your bonzai tree's are heavy. ive seen them and cant wait to see them flourish! although thats probably gonna take 150 years or so..... i can wait.

can you smoke bonzai tree's? i bet it ****'s you up!
