Bristol Council take sound systems from Spyders camp and BS1 radio.
After flooding the grosvner rd with police two weeks ago, when armed officers turned over Mr Watsons camp on the *********. The council then returned to remove all electrical equipment, including tv, video under a noise abatement order also shutting down BS1, the local based radio as well.
Lets hope that no accidents will happen as the pressure on Mr Watson mounts for how can a man deprived of his basic human rights be expected to react humanly to sustained provocation.

As suspected.

Due to the way our signal has been reduced by the 'so called owners of 101.8', Vision FM will be moving frequency. This is not us backing down in the respect of being frightend, even though we have been threatend with war, lol, this is to do with our signal being as good as we can get it. Certain ignorant people do not want to talk, just fight and kill, and all ths is down to a frequency. As most of the people involved with Vision have families, it has been decided today, that our frequency move 'may' come as early as next weekend, but i'm hoping for 2 weeks time.

Like i say, this is because we have families, we have no need to get involved in a dirty shoot out, or another Lozells riot, just over 101.8, this is to do with my gal, my parents, my friends, Vision management and DJ's being safe, in their own houses. Radio is what we do, but our families will be around for a lot longer than 'any' pirate station. So they deserve not to be scared of our pastimes.

Our new frequency will be announced very shortly, and has alerady been agreed.
The new frequency should also give us a better all round output as well.
Keep it tuned to Vision FM 101.8 for the remainder of the Bank Holiday.

Flava FM have proved to all exactly what they are, and it's not nice. People like that DO NOT deserve a place in communities.

Yep. TBH 101.8 wasnt that great a freqency. They should do a lot better on 92.3(if thats what they choose to use). Rig will need to be clean tho as Radio 4 is only .2/.3 away, and we all know how much there listner's love pirate's. Saying that Kool got away with using 92.4 for a fair few years and they boomed out, On a good day you could pick em up in worcester and as far as Leicester the other way.

We cover our target audience with ease, upping the ERP etc will only get the ILR stations backs up IMO.

If they happy with there signal area then why bother bringing things on top, im sure they get out quiet nicely as they do, the dial is probably alot clearer up there & not as built up as London?

Reason FM 99.6 hitting Maidstone and surroundin areas. Getting quite far even with Radio 1 not far away on 99.5. The station on 107 mentioned before now has a name and RDS. The station calls itself Wave 107

only one thats not on here but mentioned on the forums is upfront dance.net on 100.6 from brighton. It covers some of east and west sussex but no longer seems to have rds. Same with impact fm.

Might aswell mention innocence fm from kent on 91.6 (if thats what its called) and cyndicut on 97.8 that covers essex/kent and some of east sussex

....I still can't get over you picking up Origin 95.1 better then Capital 95.8, that was madness!! Must have just been the position you were parked in but still very unexpected. ;)
