Can anyone recommend some (free) software that would allow me to record streams? Cheers.

Thanks for that - although think it's going to take me a while to figure out how to use it - looks a bit more complicated than just hitting the record button!

As long as the stream's playing on your pc it'll record it.

Give it a try. :)

I had it streaming through Windows Media Player - pressed record - but no joy.

A Program called streambox is usefull especially for rtsp streams (as used by the bbc etc) have a seach on google or PM me and I can send it
